The wild dog is our newest trail which takes you to Zilkaats nek with magnificent views of Hartbeespoort Dam, when on this hike, look out for the low flying vultures which call the Magalies their home. The Wild Dog trail is a historically significant trail where you pass the remains of British sangars, zig zag block house supply roads and the remains of 4 British block houses from the Anglo Boer war between 1899 and 1902.

The Wild dog is known for its strong sense of social justice and a charitable nature.
